This is my first journal entry on here ever so let's hope it turns out as well as it sounds in my head right now.

Well I finished my associates degree in May and moved on to a four year school to earn a bachelors degree. I spent 2 and a half years on the associates because I took extra classes to get certificates that I don't really need but they look good on a resume. I also got pretty damn close to straight A's. After all of that I am sick of school. When I spoke to my adviser, I learned that since my AS was very tech heavy my bachelors program is going to be a lot of core classes (math, english etc) which sucks because it is difficult for me to do well if I'm not interested in what I am studying.

Life wise, I will be starting a new job next week which hopefully will turn out well for me. I am leaving my current job and I will miss it dearly because the vast majority of my co workers are very nice, sweet people and or smoking hot (I work with nurses). For the moment I am working Fri through Sunday (12 hour days) and going to school Monday through Thursday at night.

This week has been strange. Monday I had an MRI done on my back because I have been having muscle spasms. I haven't heard anything back yet but hopefully it will be something simple. The MRI was early in the morning so I had every intention of taking a nap during the day in order to be well rested for school that night. Those plans were shot to hell when my mom called from her doctors office. She went in for a routine check up and he admitted her to the hospital. It turned out he just (massively) overreacted to something completely benign but still she was in the hospital overnight and came home Tuesday.

With all the activity this week and last I have had no time to go take pictures. Also I seem to be running out of idea's. I want to start photographing people but my friends don't like their picture being taken and I can't seem to find many aspiring models who have schedules that match mine.

Oh well things will settle out eventually I suppose.
